Physical items purchased from pambarnhill.com are shipped within 48 hours. All items are shipped USPS media mail unless indicated on the item. We only ship to US and APO addresses.
There is a standard 14-day return policy on new purchases for most of our products. Exceptions to the 14-day policy are clearly labeled on the product page. Physical items must be returned at the cost of the purchaser. Once an item is returned in saleable condition a refund will be issued. Subscription renewals are not subject to the 14-day refund policy. You will receive an email 5 days before your subscription renews. If you desire to cancel please do so before the renewal.
